Ongoing projects

Pan Cyprian Volunteerism Organization collaborates with around 400 organizations throughout Cyprus, primarily assisting families facing urgent needs. Comprising several thousand volunteers, the Pan Cyprian Volunteerism Organization identifies and aids those in the most critical situations. We are currently seeking €20,000 in funding for their Family Aid Programme that will support 200 vulnerable families (€100 per family), which is conducted three times a year, with the next one scheduled around Christmas. This program aims to support the selected families by providing essential necessities like food, clothing, furniture, and educational supplies, such as school backpacks.

Agia Skepi operates two in-house rehabilitation centers in Cyprus, providing assistance to teenagers and adults grappling with drug addiction. They collectively serve approximately 60 patients. Agia Skepi supports their patients on the path to recovery through the guidance of therapists and engaging activities, including music, arts, and robotics. Additionally, the patients

participate in their successful organic farming program, which provides them with valuable skills and potential employment opportunities for program graduates. Furthermore, Agia Skepi runs social reintegration programs for both teenagers and adults who have successfully completed their rehabilitation programs. We are seeking €20,000 in funding to launch their fundraising event at the Cyprus Presidential Palace, aiming to raise awareness and funds from local stakeholders for their Mother and Child program.

Accomplished Projects

Situated in Nicosia, the Ayios Antonios Elderly Home Care Unit provides housing and care for approximately 60 elderly individuals and people with mental disabilities. These patients often have no families or come from low-income backgrounds. The generous donation from the Jasmine Foundation has facilitated the installation of electrical beds, wheelchairs, and air conditioners at Ayios Antonios, enhancing the quality of care and comfort for its residents.

The Jasmine Foundation has secured a generous donation to equip the SEANA care unit with an interactive flooring system, a therapeutic tool designed to enhance the sensory environment by offering engaging and interactive visuals. This innovative addition promotes stimulation, relaxation, and various therapeutic benefits. The arrival and implementation of this technology is anticipated in December 2023 and will be comprehensively documented.

SEANA, through its three distinct programs, delivers high-quality services to adults with severe disabilities. These services encompass psychological support and parental counseling, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, sensory integration, speech pathology services, nutritionist services, technological support, nursing care, and medical care.
